These Animals' Genetics Are so Unique We Just Couldn't Look Away

9. Half Dalmatian, Half Snake

Hands-down among the most unusual snakes ever seen is this one. Its marks resemble those of a Dalmatian, not coincidental. Actually named Dalmatian Pied Ball Python, this is a really unusual and amazing animal. Usually you would consider Dalmatians as fluffy and barking, but not this one. Given that this Dalmatian is really long and slithering, it may be a system glitch—if you will. It's an amazing illustration of how nature could surprise us since the remarkable pattern on its scales resembles the characteristic black and white spots of a Dalmatian. Although we have seen a fair number of dogs and cats with vitiligo, this snake seems like it could potentially belong that group. What a special ssspecial ssnake! For those who are fortunate enough to have one, its unusual look and soft demeanour make for an interesting pet.
